1. Voter Registration File Maintenance

* Important Note - make sure all maintenance is done when new voter registers.

Information can be entered under the maintenance screen. Information such as sex, race, date of birth and social security numbers are saved under this file. Make sure and hit the "save" button, when entering this information to assign a voter number for the information entered. You can do ward transfers, which allow you to change the ward on an existing voter, and build election files under maintenance.

2. Under Election Entry

- Build Elections
- Make Elections Entry
- Print Non-Voting Reports
- Make Election Corrections
- Finalize Elections

3. Reports

- Election List, (by ward or street)
- Print-Out of Voters By Alpha Listing
- Print Notices To Voters On Special Elections
- Print Poll Books
- Get A Master List of All Voters
- A List of Voter Activity
- Personal Voting Record (republican or democrat)

4. You Can Purge Records If Someone Moves Or Is Deceased.
